We would come here again for a city break. This hotel is quaint little and fairly clean, has very very helpful staff and excellent location near from the metro station. They serve local food, have a good choice of options to choose from.

Comforts of great-sized and cheap standard room with a double bed were fabulous. Good location, the hotel was near a metro station. Explored a landscaped park, that is located at a moderate distance from the property.

Room was basic but clean and quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent - right next to Metro, within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There was a market at the Dupleix metro station on Sunday. Restaurant downstairs had some of the best food I'd eaten in all of France, and was one of the most affordable too.
The first room I stayed in was a single room on the first floor facing the street. The door to bathroom didn't open easily and the shower was tiny. It was hard to manoever around the bed because the room was small. There is no soundproofing in the windows, so sounds from the street kept me awake all night - there was a scooter parking lot right outside the window. Once I moved to a room facing the garden, my stay was fine, and I got a full bathtub instead of the tiny shower. If you stay here, be sure to ask for a garden room.

Excellent location - walking distance to Eifell Tower and easy access to trains. Found it to be an ideal location to reach by train from International airport as the train station very close. The staff were exceptionaly helpful and having the shuttle bus service to the airport was also a great asset. Thank you
The only complaint would be in relation to the one person lift - only one could ride in same and hard to get luggage in as well. However, we were thankful to have a lift to take our suitcases to the two levels which we occupied.

The location of france eiffel is fantastic! It's really close to the metro station and just a quick walk to the eiffel tower. I loved the free croissants and drinks offered. The staff were super kind, especially when they provided me free bottled water when the shops were closed.
100% recommend

The staff at hotel was very friendly, nice and clean bathroom. Everything in the hotel was very small, but cute. The small yard/garden was very nice for resting after whole day in the city, but I would prefer more comfortable chairs.
The lift reminded a scary movie, very old system. Very slow internet in lobby.

Very delicious croissants at breakfast! Nice staff - they order cheap transfer for me from hotel to airport.
There are very thin walls between rooms in hotel. So one late evening I heard everything people talk in the next room and couldn’t sleep.

Good location, very quiet room, nice bathroom, good breakfast, wifi worked well.
Room was a bit small (but probably no smaller than one can expect in Paris). Main light didn't work. Shower curtain would be good.

Everything was good. Good breakfast, clean room, big TV, welcome staff, bus stop and metro station are near.
No safe in a room, no russian tv chanel, early check-out (11 a.m.).

The view of the Eiffel Tower was a daily treat as I enjoyed my morning coffee on the sun terrace, and the pool offered a refreshing break after a day of exploring Paris. I loved the cozy garden area, perfect for unwinding, too. The room was a tad smaller than I expected, and I had to move around a bit, but it worked out just fine! 😊

Easy reach to Eiffel Tower, nice restaurants around the corner and people are very nice. English is spoken everywhere at the shops. Train station is 3 minutes walk away, very easy to get around on the metro.
Room is cramped and rather small. Elevator to floors in hotel is way too small and can't fit 2 people with luggage.

We had a wonderful family stay, just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower. The location was perfect for quick trips to local cafes, and we loved getting fresh croissants from a nearby bakery every morning!
My kids wished for a bit more room to play.

We have stayed at this hotel before and found the location to be good for access to all major Paris attractions. Being close to Bir Hakim and Dupleix Metro/RER transportation systems was a big plus for us. The breakfast was a welcome bonus and a good start to the day. Free internet was useful. Our room was comfortable and very warm.
Being English I found that there should be at least on TV station in our native language. There appeared to be Spanish, German and French so why not English? The lounge area was a bit too cold when the temperature dropped and the radiator did not work.
